When will I receive my order?

We deliver on Sundays and Wednesdays to Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, and Chestermere. Your meals will arrive between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM on your selected delivery day.
Most deliveries are completed earlier in the day, and we’ll do our best to keep your timing consistent.

How do I store the meals?

Refrigerate meals promptly upon delivery. For best quality, enjoy pasta within 2 days and other meals within 3–4 days. Follow the storage instructions on each meal.

Do I need to cook anything?

Meals arrive chilled and pre-portioned. Most meals are ready to heat in the microwave; snack boxes can be enjoyed without heating. Follow the instructions on each meal.
