Frequently asked questions

How fresh are the meals?

All meals are prepared fresh right before delivery in our licensed commercial kitchen. We never freeze our meals, so your food arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

When do you deliver?

We currently deliver every Sunday and Wednesday across Calgary and surrounding areas. Delivery times usually fall between 9AM–8PM depending on your location and route.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Most meals stay fresh for 3–4 days when refrigerated properly. Pasta dishes are best enjoyed within 2 days for the best texture and quality.

Do the meals need to be heated?

Most meals are ready to heat and enjoy in just a few minutes. We’re also expanding our menu with more ready-to-eat snack box and no-heat options

Can you accommodate dietary preferences?

Yes! We offer vegetarian, dairy-free, and lower-sodium options upon request. While we are not an allergy-free facility, we do our best to avoid cross-contamination.
